ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Who Can Apply? Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must complete the official registration form

  • Must agree to all pageant rules and participation requirements

  • Must be available to participate in pageant activities and rehearsals leading up to the event

  • Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to positive community engagement

 

Additional eligibility requirements and contestant guidelines will be provided upon registration.

Registration for the 2027 Miss College Park Pageant is now open. Contestants are encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible. Space may be limited, and applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.

MEET THE VISIONARY

The Miss College Park Pageant is the vision and brainchild of Councilwoman Tracie Arnold, whose passion for empowering women and strengthening communities inspired the creation of this landmark event.

 

As a dedicated public servant and advocate for community development, Councilwoman Arnold has consistently worked to create opportunities that uplift residents, celebrate excellence, and inspire future generations.

 

Through the Miss College Park Pageant, she hopes to provide a platform where women can showcase their talents, leadership, and commitment to making a positive impact.

 

Her vision is simple: to create an experience that celebrates beauty, confidence, achievement, and community service while establishing a lasting legacy for the City of College Park.

MEET THE PAGEANT MOTHER

Rhonda Burnough,
Georgia State House District 77

As the Miss College Park Pageant Mother, Rhonda Burnough brings a lifelong commitment to education, mentorship, and community service.

 

A dedicated public-school administrator and respected community leader, she has spent more than two decades creating programs and opportunities that empower youth, strengthen families, and inspire positive change throughout the region.

 

Known for her servant leadership and passion for uplifting others, Rhonda has founded and supported numerous initiatives focused on education, community engagement, and family development. Her heart for mentorship and encouragement makes her a natural fit for this important role.

 

Rhonda and her husband, Clarence, have called the area home for more than 23 years and remain deeply committed to helping individuals and families thrive. As Pageant Mother, she is honored to support and encourage the women participating in the Miss College Park Pageant.
